package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
cup cup Ranch dressing
cup cup buffalo wing sauce
cup shredded Cheddar cheese or blue cheese crumbles depending on preference
can (12 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls Big and Flaky
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Take the 2 chicken breasts and cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Heat 1/2 tbsp. of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until no longer pink. Drain.
Add buffalo wing sauce. Heat until boiling. Then add ranch, cheddar and cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Let skillet cool and then remove from heat.
Take 1 crescent roll triangle and fill with about 1 tbsp of the chicken mixture at the base of the triangle. Fold the longest piece up over the middle. Take one of the remaining ends and fold over, pinching up the sides to seal. Repeat with the other side. Continue to pinch the dough until it forms a basket around the mixture.
Bake in oven for 15 to 20 or until crescent is a light brown color. Remove and let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
