Toasted Rosemary Nuts

tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves

1

tablespoon butter, melted

1/4

teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

cups raw nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews)

    Heat oven to 300°F. Spray 18x13-inch rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.

    In medium bowl, mix rosemary, melted butter, sugar, salt and red pepper. Add nuts; stir to coat.

    Place nuts on sheet pan in even layer. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until nuts are toasted. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store in airtight container.

  • You can use any nut you like in the recipe. They don’t have to be mixed. If you prefer all of one type of nut, that will work, too.
